Confused Clothing/Warthog Racing Academy Racing News

A blast from the past passed many riders on his way to a 15th place finish in the Supercross class at 5th round of the 2010 Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, in San Diego, CA. Riding for The Confused Clothing/Warthog Racing Academy and title sponsored Maxxis Tire, Bobby Bonds #86 proved he was more than for real with a comeback from last place in the LCQ to finish 2nd for the last qualifying spot after barely missing the transfer to the main in the heat race, which was hampered by a spinout on the slippery track while in a solid qualifying position.  Bobby will be racing as many races as possible for the remainder of the year, save for his monthly WORCS series races, which is his primary focus.  Without a doubt, a pretty stellar performance for what was basically a challenge to himself to see what he was still capable of doing on an SX track.  Obviously Mr. Bonds is capable of a lot!!  And this story wouldn't be complete without acknowledging the support form Rob and Donna Hale of Taft, who support Bobby as though he were their son.  Bobby is now 24th in points in the championship series.  Bravo to all involved.
