Check out this leaked info I got from a secret informer at Suzuki:

Just days after posting a blog last week with sneak photos of the 2010 CRF250R, I received the following email from an inside source at Suzuki:

“Dear Chris,

I just finished reading your blog about Honda’s 2010 model. Just so you know, I’m going out on a limb here with this picture I’m leaking out to you. As you can see, the 2010 Suzuki will boast a lot of new changes. Although I can’t go into detail from the fear of losing my job, you should be able to see the new changes from the picture."

Groundbreaking!

Here it is: The 2010 RM-Z250, as supplied by Suzuki. Obviously, the new bike is much different from previous years, and is quite a departure from the shootout-winning machine we saw two years ago.

No clutch means this bike must have an auto!

Although I can’t divulge the name of my secret source, I can tell you that he certainly wasn’t kidding when he said that the new Suzuki has some pretty awesome changes.  In looking at this photo, we see that the handlebars appear to be a gripless, flat bended typ of thin aluminum. The tank appears to be all-new as well, and the seat has some sort of odd hump in it.

The new RM-Z's powerplant looks lightweight and slick.

I can’t even begin to guess what changes lie within this sweet powerplant. EFI? Multi-cylinders? Electric power? Three-strokes? Your guess is as good as mine. Either way, from the looks of this engine there is bound to be something good inside!

Wheels? Twheels? I guess we'll find out!

The Suzuki’s wheels are just as innovative as the rest of the bike. Due to the apparent lack of spokes, I’d guess that the open-ended fork foot (hubless, no doubt) is upheld in the rim by some sort of strange magnetic force. Whatever the technology, it looks incredible light. I’m sure I'm not alone when I say that I cannot wait to ride this bike!
