Bud Feldkamp, owner of the famous Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, tragically loses family members in Montana plane crash.

As reported by Cycle News and Motocross Action, Bud Feldkamp lost two daughters in the crash; Amy Jacobsen and Vanessa Pullen as well as four grandchildren. The families were flying a plane Feldkamp owned (through his Eagle Cap Leasing company) to a skiing vacation at the Yellowstone Club resort outside of Bozeman, Montana when it went down. There were no survivors.

The original flight plan had the plane scheduled to land in Bozeman, Montana but it diverted to Butte, Montana for unknown reasons.

It was first believed that Feldkamp himself was aboard the plane, but confirmation that he was not on the flight came through today.

Dirt Rider Magazine sends its sincerest condolences out to the Feldkamp family and we extend our thoughts and prayers to the many friends and families this tragedy has affected.
