Bling-Blang!

You guys know Pete Peterson, right? He works here at Dirt Rider and is one of our favorites. We're always helping him out with his dirt bike riding technique, his fashion choices and, until recently, his freestyle skills. Pete took a big step yesterday and did his first freestyle grab trick. Check it out!

Crusty Demons of Pete

This was the beginning. Pete finally stepped up and rode Chris Denison's FMX bike. Chris is a real jumper, let me tell you. See those holes in the airbox: That's for maximum air. Also, his bars are high so he can get extra extreme. Poor PP can barley reach the levers!

And the Crowd Cheers!

This is PP getting ready for his trick. His weight is centered and he's already reaching back.

It's a good idea to start small, like Norman (Pete's other name) is doing here. That way, you can pull it back in if things get out of shape.

Full Extension! Nice!

He's really going for it now. Bring it back, Petey! Ahhhh! So Extreme!

Bling-Blang!

Whoa, that was close. Pete's a natural! Who knew?

He even managed to throw his goggles to the kids in the crowd.

Is that a wink to the photographer?

What a champ!

You know this!

For more PP updates, be sure to check back often. Today, I heard him say he's going to Subway instead of Quiznos for lunch.
